Shipping & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Achieve BioLabs LLC. Please review our Shipping and Delivery Policy to understand how and when your order will be shipped.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders placed before our daily cut-off time ship the same day.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Regions

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

4. Shipping Carriers

USPS is our primary shipping partner. All orders ship discreetly with no product details on the exterior packaging.

5. Shipping Rates and Options

Free Standard Shipping (2–5 business days) on all orders over $150.

Standard Shipping — $6.99 (USPS Ground Advantage, delivery in 2–5 business days).

Priority Shipping — $10.99 (USPS Priority Mail, delivery in 1–3 business days).

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and order total.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with USPS tracking information. You can also track your shipment on our Order Tracking page.

7. Sales Tax

All applicable sales taxes are calculated and included in your order total at checkout.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at Achievebiolabs@protonmail.com. For full details on how we handle these situations, refer to our Refund Policy. We will compensate or replace products that are confirmed lost or damaged.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated via email or website notice.

Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of research materials, products are non-returnable once shipped.

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
